An IT is it!

Almost there! At the verge of completing two long years in Software Industry, the so called Techie here.

To sit inside a glass house under the AC like a robot along with the other robots & glare at the Computer screen is something I had never thought of, nor my senses are.

Most enjoyed part, the transition from College life to Corporate file, training days are still fresh and nice, they passed just like that. There came the first separation - a Developer and a Tester. This is something which you really need to be aware of, because they will ask you outside!  Developer is one who develops something new and gives it to tester and a Tester tests it, giving back to Developer saying, "Boss there is nothing new here, please introduce a new bug". :D

Tomorrow is my exam , I haven't prepared a bit :( Let me just complete half of the portions today and the other half tomorrow morning, the way I looked at life, things have changed dramatically over the years. Now we have the so called DEADLINES of which neither the Lead is aware of nor the Clients (Foreign bodies).
But still meeting the deadlines is every programmer's dream ;)

Afternoon class after a heavy meal, there is something going on out here. Chebyshev, Butterworth, FIR, IIR... I'm done!  Yaaaaaawwwwnnnnn. Eyes wide shut. I'm flying here, I see butterfly not Butterworth, loooooooong sky very deep too :D ....... Trin trin trin trin a phone ring took me back to the real world, a call from my boss, -"Hey you, its been an hour already, you haven't yet responded to the mail. The Client is waiting! Do that asap". I went on opening my mailbox saying to myself with a smile, "Why would a Client for my mail, please go Boss. You shouldn't wait for all these!!" :P

Forwarding some good mails to friends has changed to replying to long - very long(Don't know how long)
conversations CCed, BCCed, attached blah blah blah.
"Your mail box is full" reminds me everytime that I'm working in IT and I need to clear junk mails, to make way for Client mails.

One interesting thing is you wouldn't be knowing what your Lead is up to, and he himself won't be aware of what his Manager is doing. But still they all contribute to the Company's revenue, because they will always be on call with their Heads and Headsets on.

Now you cannot call people just like that. First check their calender, block their calender, send a meeting request. If they have time to accept your request, you're done for now!
Meetings boss beatings(*meatings oh no *meetings)!!
Few meet on call, few on stand ups and the rest say, "Hye, Bye".

Is money = happiness???

   Back to the writing business again :) The word “Politics” had inspired me in a negative way to approach this topic. I am a big big big hater of Politics. If you are so useless to do anything and want to make money, you can join Politics and I assure you will go a long way by adopting some non-sense, useless, cheap qualities and tricks.

   Has money spoiled Politics or the other way round? - A question still I couldn’t able to decode .....

                          

     Take a break from Politics……  

   I had asked my friend a long back, “Dude nudity is what a man achieves at the extremities of his life, but still why the hell we waste almost entire of our life racing behind the money? Is life=just money?”

   He replied with a smile “Money=enjoyment”.

 This is not the answer I was really expecting. Yes, of course we need money to satisfy our stomach, brain and eyes to some extent, that’s what many people call self satisfaction and a life cannot be lead without money, some money.

     

   A real happiness is not always vested with enjoyment. Enjoyment is for a while and happiness forever..:) The game is between money and happiness and you have to compromise with one to achieve the other.

Then definitely 
Money != happiness

=> Life!=happiness

   Life without happiness is a pond without water. Are we going in the right way. A big Noooo!!!!!

   Politics, money and some mathematics are not just the things this blog is meant for…

   If we start to think, we can easily gather how money has spoiled the things or I can say masked the things - Family, Friends and Relationships.  So do not get ruled by money and nor try to rule it. Because Money is meant for sale but not Humanity and Happiness.

POSITIVE THINKING..

     These are the words gaining a widespread reputation over recent years. We are responsible for 'Why' of this.

       I am really interested to start my topic with the word 'thinking'. According to me, what it really means is to open our mind to imagine something for the betterment of some other thing. Not the betterment all the time, it really depends on the type of thinking we make.

Are you an optimistic? Do you think positive all the time? Haven't you got worried of anything, anytime? It is really tough to answer this since we are lost somewhere in this vast world losing all our strengths becoming more mechanical, no time to think about ourselves :)

I wish, I could correlate positive thinking to optimism. Positive thinking has a little steeper edge over optimism.Positive thinking really refers to being more optimistic, which is to anticipate for the best outcome always. More precisely it is a mental feeling that expects good and favourable results. We can call height of positive thinking as optimism.

We should develop an attitude to think good all the time, inspite of the situations surrounding us. Positive things showers some success, peace and satisfaction for some extent or even long run sometimes. Whatever may be the outcome of our efforts later on, now we should be optimistic about our works which really brings some confidence to do the future things better.

I think we should always use positive words while thinking and talking such as  ' I am able to do this job', 'It can be achieved', 'It is possible'. These inspiring words boosts our confidence and of the others too. No medicine has come yet to induce positive thinking, because it is something which is totally in control of ours.

In present day world,we are totally lacking in some sort of confidence and mindset to negative thoughts. So it is a time to be positive, think positive and act positive. 

Value of Relationship....

Well folks, to begin with my journey as a blogger, I have chosen the topic called "Value of Relationship". I hope you guys have already started to think about this topic.The whole world is balancing on a thin bubble called relationship. I should not have depicted it as thin, since it is a huge bond. But because of our carelessness and busyness, it has become thin and some day which will blow off too. All the people in this world are related to each other with some invisible link and unexplanatory bond. There is always a huge conflict between the use of words friendship and relatioship, but I don't find any difference between the two, the one which comes when we started to grow and the other will be linked to us before we come out n see the sunshine(i.e. by birth).
In this mechanical world, people are really forgetting their relations, wellwishers and becoming more moneyminded but somewhere at the very end of their life they are going to accept the fact that no one is far greater in a relationship and regret for missing some happy times in their life.




Those were the days when joint family system was in practice and where a child was growing in some environment where a relationship, co-operation had some good respect and that would help them to survive in the society later. But now the concept of nuclear families is almost vanishing the word relationship. So I don't think a day is not so far, when a grandchild will fail to recognize his/her grandparents. We are binding to our works and creating a huge wall around us where in some day we gonna disppear from the society, but before that thing would happen we should break that wall of ego and mingle with the people around us.



It is really needed to move on now, to a really co-operative world, wherein peace should be the main priority. So we should not break down our relationships and try to cement them to make them strong and better for future..
